I had a problem with the malfunction on my C29 display, I contacted customer services (Miya, Amy and Ruby) at Duotts explaining the problem, what I'd done to try and remedy it and sent a short video showing the problem, I received a swift reply explaining that they accepted the display was faulty and informed me that a replacement would be shipped, I received this shortly afterwards and the problem was solved. A very professional customer services.
