still no resolution , I paid $12216.00 in advance of solar panels, After Thomas Qu assured me there was no tariffs, and later upon finding the anti dumping duties exceed 250%, I asked for a refund, Alibaba had declined , they were not able to see my"uploads of evidence" which are plainly there. Still trying to negotiate,.. Ill post any changes ..
