I wish I could give this 0 stars. Absolutely appalling customer service and, frankly, this felt like a complete scam. I’m writing this as a genuine review from a university student who purchased a dress from this company. The quality was extremely poor and looked very different to the one on the website and to make matters worse, I was made to pay for the return myself all the way to Poland! After they received the item, I was then told it had somehow been “lost,” which is completely unacceptable. Communication was painfully slow, with replies taking ages, and the whole process dragged on unnecessarily. This made it seem like I was taking my time, when there was clear issues on their side. When it came to the refund, they refused to return the money via the original payment method and repeatedly asked for my PayPal details instead. This is highly inappropriate—no legitimate company handles refunds like this. Refunds should always be processed back to the original payment method. To make things worse, I was told a refund had been issued, only to then be told it had “failed,” followed by yet another request for PayPal details. It was constant back and forth with no resolution. Overall, this experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to avoid—this felt like a pure scam.
