it is difficult to reach a timely response from customer service. It required me to jump through many barriers, including attaching videos. There were always going to be larger than the limit. I had a simple mismatched, tea mount adapter, and I took days and days for them to review and respond incorrectly. I like most of their products and disappointed that there is a lack of customer service when we buy these tools, we are trying to take them into the field. It is not acceptable to have such a lag in response. I hope they invest more into customer service. Their products are good, but their service needs improvement.
