Poor customer service.
Walked in, salesman first question was where have we been looking, and how much do we have to spend. Blatantly told us he doesn't want to do our homework, and then us to go to another business to purchase. Replied, first place we have been, and looking for ideas. We were quite taken back by his comments , speechless. He made us feel he had no interest and continued to talk down to us. This person, Derek, or Darren, so flustered can't remember his name, was the most rude, condescending, unprofessional person we have ever had to experience. Just to let you know, he blew a 10,000.00 cash sale, replacing all flooring in our home. Went to Fogelsongers, had a wonderful experience, found beautiful flooring, enjoyed salesman, and now in the right place. Might want to consider customer service training for employees.
