So before you read this review I just…
So before you read this review I just want to recommend this company to anyone that needs a cheap refurbished phone! I ordered my phone last Friday and it arrived on Tuesday. I think that’s amazing as it arrived in two working days! I opened the package. On the website I was told I would be provided with a generic box but I received a plain white box. No issue. I opened it and saw a long scratch on the back. That’s fine also because I got a free case with my order! I contacted Alpha just to let them know. I don’t really want to send it back because I needed a new phone ASAP as my old one was starting to really tick me off. They were great and have provided me a partial refund as an apology which I’m fine with and generally assured me this was an accident and they sincerely apologise which is fine with me so I would defiantly recommend Alpha to anyone, I mean anyone!
