Do not order shoes here. Ever.
I ordered shoes from them about a month ago. I measured my feet using their instructions, which now are removed. :/. I gave them my measurements, and received shoes that were way too big. The odd thing is, the soles match the size of shoes that fit. But the insides are huge, and width is too big. At any rate, I contacted them, and was told it was my fault, that the measurement was right. Yeah, the size is what I ordered, because the size I got was from using their how to do measurements chart. Which again is removed, probably due to complaints like mine, so I have no way to prove it. I'm out a lot of money now, and have to try to sell huge shoes. Even worse, the shoes I was given are kind of ugly, due to the soles. They gave gym shoe soles for a women's shoe. I knew about the replace the heels for flat heels thing when buying, but I expected to receive soles for flats. Not men's gym shoe heels. They also charge a lot for shipping. If you can go elsewhere, go elsewhere. They have been fine for clothes so far, but for shoes, I wouldn't order there again.
