Fraud
I ordered a shipment of 430$ worth at least, and paid by card. However the next day I found that my order is canceled and my money is not back without even informing me of anyway. I call their call center which btw is of no help whatsoever, and managed to get a reply about my shipment that the money transaction was NOT complete I had to send them a screenshot of my bank’s message and eventually they said that they will refund me within 8/15 working days. IMAGINE 15 WORKING DAYS that’s IF they’re going to refund me because I highly doubt it. Not only that I make another order of 150$ worth also paid by card and in the application it appears that the order is being prepared and it will be prepared maximum by the 3rd of March 2019. I call them to double check if it’s confirmed their call center tells me that my number does not have any orders, I requested that they double check with the order number they said that it is available HOWEVER today is the 3rd of March 8:13 pm as I write and they did not SHIP my order. Which means that my order is not coming and they ripped me off AGAIN.
