I AM LIVID
On July 1 2019 I got confirmation, that my order was shipped and on July 2 2019 I got an e-mail that they're giving me a refund due to stockout. It doesn't make ANY SENSE, because how did they realise they're out of product AFTER they shipped it?! It basically means they didn't ship the order yet and they're LYING about it being on the way. I checked the parcel number on DPD site and it's not shipped of course, although Jollychic "confirms" shipment and estimates time of arrival for 6-9 July, which is in 3-6 days. On my account there is information, that the refund is complete and succesful. That's complete horseshit, I didn't get my money back. Are they thieves? Well, probably.
