Very untrustworthy
8 paid extra 15€ just to get an important part fir my smartphone within the next week. Just to hear from DHL on the last day of promised arrival, that TVC-Mall hasnt even shipped my package yet. When i asked for refund, because i couldnt wait any longer, i was ignored.
