Terrible customer service
I put an order for two rather expensive jackets. The next day the one jacket was discounted on their website. After jumping through all the hoops they put up to contact them on their website I spoke to someone in chat and they refused to cancel my order that had not yet shipped. They were rude and abrupt and did not offer me any option other than to cancel the order once I received it (it hadn't shipped yet) and then send it back at my expense. They didn't offer me a refund for the difference in price I paid. Even thought he jacket went on discount only hours after I paid for it.
