This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I had to rebook flights so they gave me travel credits. Every time I tried booking any flight they would take over an hour to respond (following the steps they outlined to use the travel credit) and the booking would lapse. Once it lapsed I would have the option of rebooking AT DOUBLE THE PRICE. It went from $1k to $1.8k every time I tried. I kept on trying with different dates at $1k and the exact same thing would happen where they would take their time, the saved price would lapse and the same tickets would cost $1.8k I attempted to call them and they said there's nothing they can do over the phone to use the travel credit and it can only be handled by an email team. Eventually they said screw this here's a link so you can pay double the price instead of letting me rebook a different day which has the original price of $1k. But instead of paying the difference they asked for $93k AUD for a $1k flight and thought I wouldn't notice.
