Good service with some room for improvement
The assistance was excellent, I reached out to the company via WhatsApp and they were very responsive and helpful. However, at the airport we had to wait a while for the contact person to show up. Moreover, we have been requested to move to an upper floor (quite inconvenient with all the luggage’s) to meet the driver and again we had to wait for the car to arrive. This is because the car is not an official transport service allowed to enter the pick up area. They use private cars and drivers. Apart from this inconvenience the service is ok and the driver was nice.
