They agreed to give me a refund and had to return the item THIS IS STING THEY COULD NOT PRINT A RETURN LABEL THEY SENT ME THE ADDRESS TO RETURN IT TO I PAID AT THE POST OFFICE FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY By doing this they relinquish their responsibility for the package and it becomes your responsibility the package in my case was delayed by a week they did eventually give me a refund minus the postage
