amazing customer service
the ordering process was pretty simple, i have a huge 4 piece sectional that i though i measured and ordered for correctly but apparently i didnt as all but one piece was too small and fits like bubbles on my couch, i emailed them and John was amazing and helped me get through the process of remeasuring and submitting for some replacement pieces and they were more than fair with invoicing me for the difference in cost for the larger covers, CS is top notch and i would definitely purchase from them again.
