The worst 'company' ethics I've ever seen.
I ordered an Ashe cosplay back at the beginning of February. This is my first time ordering from the company so I didn't quite know what to expect. I had ordered it for a convention in April and calculated the time to ensure I'd have it in time, and I would have. Until I emailed them to ask. It was estimated to ship on the 12th of March, so I emailed the company asking if it had been shipped yet as the site had been stuck on processing since February 5th (A day after I purchased it). A few hours later they got back to me saying they had 'ran out of materials' and it would be finished in April (no specification at all). There was still a tiny chance that I would get it in time for the convention (which is on April 13th) so I emailed them again saying I was willing to wait but I needed it before the convention. The next day they emailed me saying that now the costume was out of stock, and the costume wouldn't be finished until the END OF MAY! and they advised that I should get a refund. They didn't even bother to tell me that they had run out of materials until a month later when I had to ASK them how the production was going. Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered in February expecting it in late March - Early April and now I have to wait until May. That's FOUR MONTHS and WAAAAY past the date I needed it. I commissioned an Ashe gun from Etsy and boots and wig from another cosplay company and it arrived in two weeks. This 'company' has awful work ethics and I will not be ordering from them again. I recommend ordering anywhere but here, because I can guarantee that it would be done much quicker than this company.
