Selling codes they don’t have!
Brought a code to then have to go through security checks which seemed dodgy. Had to send a pic of my credit card with part information covered as they had already taken the money. Then after all this and having to wait a while for a code that never arrived I contacted customer services to be told that they were out of stock and I would have to wait 24/48 hours. Luckily they were prompt to offer a refund which I took and ran. Selling codes they don’t even have!
