Received a full refund when cancelled within 24 hours
Though I can't comment on the full Bargainairticket experience, I can say that when my travel plans changed (12 hours after buying a ticket) I was fully refunded, no questions asked and no fees charged. While I consider this a common courtesy, I doubt most ticket retailers would actually give a full refund like that.
