Very disappointed with this company
Very disappointed with this company. I’ve used many rolls of their filament and bottles of their resin, and recently decided to buy from them direct as opposed to buying via Amazon or eBay. I recently bought several rolls of PETG-CF but changed my mind before it even arrived. Trying to get a return address from Sunlu is like trying to get blood out of a stone. I’ve now had to send photos for the to assess the condition and take advice from their sales colleagues. Really? Seriously? Judging by the other reviews on here, I’ll end up just selling it on myself, at a loss. But it’ll be the last time I’ll ever buy their filament. As filaments go, it’s fine, but no better or worse than any other at this price point. And while writing, I’ll add that Sunlu short change customers with respect to their resin. The quantity is consistently 30mg short of the 1kg stated. When you go through several bottles a week like me (small business) it adds up. But I already stopped buying their resin anyway.
