Never received the Christmas hat I ordered in early October
I ordered a Christmas hat on Oct. 3rd for $24.95. I never received the hat and after many many email messages to the company, they eventually told me to contact the carrier to see where my item is. This was after several messages saying there was a problem with delivery of my order. I asked for a refund and they ignored my request after also telling me to call the post office. I seldom order from Facebook now because I've been ripped off several times by the vendors.
