If its possible not to give any rating, this would be it. bought an Apple handset which malfunctioned after 3 months, Initially they offered to give me £15 to repair which I declined, and took them up on the 1 year warranty, I then sent it back and received an email confirming receipt, no mention of a broken screen except that they could not do anything because I was still signed on my icloud & advised going online to remove or send my password which I refused. I removed from my icloud & sent a screen shot. After 3 days I questioned what they were going to do, & that they cannot hold on to the handset and my money as well. behold & behold I received an email saying the screen was broken and does not cover the warranty. The screen was intact when I posted it securely, by special delivery to them, this was never mention in their initial email, until I challenged them. In short scam artist. Please do not buy from this rogue trader. The 1 year guarantee is a false security. they will lie not to honour it. I will be reporting this company to the trading standard. Avoid at all cost.
