Order placed 29 November no show
Order placed 29 November. Cash taken. No contact for weeks. Sent numerous emails requesting updates and eventually refund. No response. Eventually on Christmas eve they said no stock available and offered a refund. A bit late to get a replacement coat on Christmas eve which was for a Christmas present. Fortunately I had the money to buy another one but the matter could have been sorted earlier I am sure. Most frustrating and disappointing. I will never use them again
