Critical technical bugs and poor support experience
I am a Russian-speaking user currently studying English through your app. I am using the paid version, but the product feels unpolished and is full of bugs that hinder my progress. Technical Issues: * Infinite Loops: I frequently encounter a "Groundhog Day" bug where a task repeats endlessly. Usually, restarting the app or intentionally giving wrong answers helps bypass it, but now I am completely stuck. No matter what I do—restarting, failing the task, or quitting halfway—the app congratulates me on finishing and then immediately starts the same task again. * Overlapping Tasks: Sometimes two activities trigger at once. For example, while listening to an audiobook, a test screen pops up. The audio continues to play in the background while the test cycles in a loop, making it impossible to proceed. Support Issue: I reported this via the in-app "Report a Problem" button, which specifically invited me to describe the issue in my native language (Russian). After two days, I received a reply in English stating that you "did not understand me." It is incredibly frustrating that your support staff cannot (or will not) use basic translation tools to help international users, especially when the app itself encourages us to write in our own language. Summary: The app is currently unusable for me due to these glitches. It feels like a "beta" product rather than a paid service. Your support team exists only nominally and has failed to resolve my issue or even acknowledge the content of my report. I expect a solution to this loop bug so I can continue using the subscription I paid for.
