I had to constantly check my ticket to prevent it from being closed automatically, endure evasive responses, and deal with a lack of proactive customer service. The fact that the package arrived knowingly damaged—torn and patched up with black tape—raises serious concerns. I believe my persistence and technical knowledge helped me secure a refund, but I worry that many customers in a similar situation wouldn’t be as fortunate. While Banggood ultimately resolved my case, their support process needs significant improvement.
