Creality Provides Excellent Service Support and Quality
Creality for me has been a great journey. I purchased a K1 Max and a K1. Later i purchased the CFS addon which was brilliant. I brought a 3d scanner and loads of other items and never had any major issues with support. It may take a couple of days to get a reply if it is weekend , but i was impressed with their service they offer. I recently upgraded to the CFS and had a small fault, which was sorted out quickly by providing footage and details so they could send me a new PCB and Sensor. I am waiting for them to be delivered soon. I would recommend Creality all the way. I am trying to save now for the K2 Pro, but that won't be for some time yet. Don't listen to some of the reviews because like most devices they all can have issues sometimes. Think of it a learning curve to understanding how to fix things in future. Their are plenty of guides to show you what to do and how the device goes together. Thank you Creality for everything you have done for me.
