They are extremely unprofessional and total loss of my money
They are extremely unprofessional. They use every possible way to hold your money back. They told me that if i would return the product personally to the warehouse there will be no deductions and full amount will be refunded. When i checked with my bank they have returned just a certain amount and some in the Jollychic account ( which cant be credited to your bank and you need to shop again) and yet whole amount wasn’t refunded. I tried to to use that money in the JC account and they ahd told me it can only be used if I buy as COD as it will be adjusted. They didnt do that. I tried contacting the customer service regarding the same and they said there was technical fault and they couldn’t adjust my money in the JC account. Quality of products was very bad and expensive than other online stores . They simply play with their words. My whole money is gone and wasted.
