Untested products sold with fraud claims of function When their products consistently arrive broken and without the promised peripherals, they say "on the way" then discontinue the items and literally tell customers to just "buy the new version". Terrible customer service that can't or won't support any products without asking customers to do the entire job fixing their broken items while they refuse to take back faulty products arriving damaged over and over. It also takes a minimum of 15 emails consistently to get them to tell you they won't be able to help. They offered us a coupon that isn't enough for a bottle of resin after 5 yrs of getting ZERO support from Elegoo. Absolutely a criminal company, and we'll never use them again after 5 yrs of them completely failing us on all levels.
