I ordered a product well over a year…
I ordered a product well over a year ago and loved it. So I ordered and paid for a second item that has never arrived. The phone is never answered. No call back. The website for service is unavailable. What’s going on??? I believed this was a trustworthy website. My present experience is so disappointing and I want my money back.
