If I could give zero stars I would. Products were all very poorly made, sizing was all over the place, and they had the absolute WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. I just wanted to exchange a tank top for a different size & a refund for a product that was never sent. On initial email I provided order # with screen shot of order including pictures of all items (including the missing item). They asked that I send them pictures of items I did receive and packaging and wanted item number for missing item. However, they don’t include the item number on your receipt and product was no longer available online. They made no reference to helping with exchange and don’t seem to be wanting to refund item that was never sent. I feel like their goal is to frustrate you so you’ll just not respond and they don’t have to help. Zero common sense or customer service. I’ll never order from them again.
