Doesn't meet my needs.
I just tried to use their application service for a couple that wants to rent an apartment. They share an email address. Unfortunately, ezLandlordForms is unable to handle that case. Also, while they tell you that they have lots of forms that you can download, most of the forms that I wanted required that you fill in the information on their site and then download a PDF. That's not what I expected and not what I needed. For example, I want to have a pre and post inspection form. Their form requires that the tenant name come be entered online. I want a form that I can edit with the tenant. Their forms don't meet my needs.
