2 bad experience with gnomon
2 bad experience with gnomon. 1. Ordered a Seiko with a lug width wrongly listed on their site (17mm instead of 16mm) - did not offer any future discounts or a refund (also terrible refund policy listed on their website) 2. Ordered a watch which did not arrive after 3 weeks. Contacted gnomon who told me they have tried to email me (they did not, I check my email religiously). Subsequently told me that it will be restocked and delivered within next 2 weeks, and it did not happen (this time they said they ordered from Seiko but did not get stock) now asking for a refund a full month after ordering a watch. Not impressed
