The photos of the products
The photos of the products, descriptions and return policy in Roselinlin website are misleading to say the least, I purchased a considerable amount of items to give me a good idea of the overall quality, and as an avid consumer I can tell you that what they are really selling has nothing to do with their advertised pictures, in my opinion it is HORRIFIC quality!! Item descriptions are misleading and their customer service makes me think they don’t care if people return the items because the items are so cheap that they will still make a profit, this is NOT how we do business in America! And here is the best part, It doesn’t say ANYWHERE in their return policy that items would need to be returned TO CHINA on your dime! That would have been a red flag to me and I would have never ordered anything from this store. IS A SCAM! I want to returned Everything I purchased from them, I want a full refund of my money and I want an address in the continental USA or UK where I can send their garbage back to them. All of it is unworn and in its original package. And they haven't help me. I truly feel abused by this company, If my complaint is not resolve properly I will file a complaints EVERYWHERE!!!!
