Scam Company- AVOID
Needed a gift quickly for a very personal reason. Paid for 2 day delivery (£13) and receive an email saying a confirmation will be sent soon. A day later nothing received at all. Use the tracker and find out the needs to be ‘fulfilled’ which will take 1-3 days, before the 2 day delivery even starts. Chase this with a follow up email on their app and receive an instant reply. The reply is AI generated and tells me they will need to pass the matter to a human. None of this is presented at the point of purchase. These people are vultures, avoid at all costs. Hopeless bordering on a a scam.
