I love every thing about it! I get to make my bag as I want it to look, I have great customer service - what more could I want :) The quality is great - I have already ordered my 9th bag and recently I ordered the vase. Love it :)
I love the fact that I can make my own bag and it's high quality. They all look stunning, feel phenomenal and smell like leather (I think that's the best part). The colors are vibrant, the instruction videos are really good - i love the fact that u can pause, rewind and see it again. I have already ordered 8 bags - and i can confirm - it's a positive addiction
