Items not as described online, beware this company.
I purchased shoes from the fifth collection on April 22 2019. They were pictured online intact and described as "in good condition" On arrival, one shoe had no heel cap. The shoes were not in wearable condition and required repair for use. I contacted the company who referred me to an article on heel caps breaking due to hydrolysis, which is irrelevant as they were absent, not broken. They refused to refund as a missing heel was not a "quality" issue despite being unwearable on arrival. They offered to give me 20 dollars to repair it myself. It is completely fair to expect a pair of shoes to be wearable on purchase. In addition, their buyers terms do not specify that a missing heel cap is not a quality control issue. I will be reporting them to the ACCC if this is not resolved.
