Poor product and customer service
I ordered a light. When it arrived, it was very twisted and not fit for purpose. Contacted them for a refund, they initially said 5%! They then offered a replacement which I accepted but then said there was no replacement part but they would replace the whole light. I’m still waiting for that to actually happen. There were so many “confirmation emails” that I think it’s just a delay tactic. Confirm your name and address (you have just shipped me the faulty item), confirm you are happy with this etc.
