Defective Bag and Customer Service…
Defective Bag and Customer Service Nonexistent Received a defective purse (for $80) with a sharp piece of metal sticking out of the inside. Contacted customer service as they say they will do an exchange for defective merchandise on their policies page, but I was told the bag did not qualify for an exchange (it was purchased a few months ago but used only a handful of times so far due to it being a summer bag). I wrote a review of that specific bag on their website and it never showed up on the page, they must have a screening process for which reviews are posted on their site. Seems like if this screening process is needed I can't be the only one unhappy with the quality.
