My order has been stuck in a container confiscated by chinese customs with no updates in a month. After multiple unanswered emails and WhatsApp messages they finally responded that the delay in shipping was due to typhoons. This company is inept at best with little to no Customer Service. They offered me $250 as compensation for the delay which I rejected given they still couldn't provide me with a legitimate update or tracking information on my order. I have began a bank chargeback in the hope of recovering my money. Deal with this Company at your own peril.
