Wrong accessories - TWICE
It sent the wrong model of folio case. (not for the tablet model I bought). Contacted them and they said they would send the correct one. 10 days later, a parcel arrived but it's still the wrong one. It basically sent the wrong item twice. It keeps asking for more photos to prove what was incorrect. I bought the tablet from Giztop, and it has a record of what I bought. And it appears the company doesn't know what they are sending out thus didn't even know the accessory in the package is not for the tablet in the first place. Mind you that I selected the accessories on the same webpage as the tablet. The accessories on the same webpage don't have model number. But I thought given they are offered on the same page, they must be for the tablet on the page being sold. So it appears if an order needs rectification, then good luck with that and have your camera on standby. I'm confident that it will be resolved at some point and staff have been helpful. It's just that my first purchasing experience with Giztop had certainly been different from others.
