One of the worst customer experiences ive ever had After countless messages they agreed the motor was faulty And this is on its second replacement They eventually agreed a refund then decided to completely ignore all communications for over 3 weeks so I involved the bank, the bank refunded me and on the same day they decided to contact me and asked me to cancel my charge back Poor quality diabolical customer services verging on Fraud.
