Resist Frog is a scam
Resist Frog is a misleading company. Their Facebook presence is designed to make you believe they are based in Minnesota, and they even list a fake Minnesota address on their site. They also claim to be a nonprofit, which is not true. I have already filed a complaint with the FTC about their business practices. The product I received was nothing like the description. The quality was terrible, and getting a refund has been nearly impossible. After going back and forth with them, they offered me four dollars and insisted that I keep the item. I simply want my money returned. Anyone who has purchased from them should check their bank statement to see how much was actually charged. They charged me more than the advertised price. Despite pretending to operate in the United States, nothing is shipped from here. My item came from China. If you have also been scammed by Resist Frog, I encourage you to file a report with the FTC and contact your bank to request a chargeback. That may be the only way to recover your money.
