Excellent support, useless product
Everything fine, excellent support EDIT: After having recovered the files I was in for a surprise. I had previously lost project files for my music production made with the Cockos Reaper DAW - only to find that the recovered files were mere incomplete snippets and thus absolutely useless. I have wasted 60 USD. Bottom line: Do not use this tool for music production files! The support during registration and installation, however, was top notch, very competent and professional. That's why I'm giving three stars.
