Below average usability
The site although having several options and companies does not offer a good experience to the visitor. The usability of the site is simply horrible, it is not simple to use the platform. I believe the site template should be cleaner and simpler, so it will be easier to find exactly what you are looking for. The difficulty increases even more for foreigners who do not speak English. I believe the site should facilitate communication in some way. For many times I thought about giving up because I was not able to assimilate the platform well, but the resilience spoke louder and I managed very hard to fulfill my request after a long time.
