Theft - confirmed by their staff
Similar to various reviews below, I also had an issue about my returns with this company. The company refuses to pay a refund *unless you can provide them with a tracking number*. I'm saying it again: Even if your item arrives at their warehouse (with the receipt, order number and everything else attached inside), it does NOT matter: They will NOT refund you, unless you provide them a with tracking number. This is theft. Furthermore, the providing of the tracking number is not given as a 'must' in their instructions for return, it's just a 'suggestion'. And their reasoning is that they "have a very busy warehouse and so the warehouse needs confirmation that they have received your return parcel." (What kind of a logic is this???) I've never experienced such an attitude, and I'm sure this is against UK law and regulations if I was to sue them. Stay away.
