A total failure and nightmare
A total failure and disaster! I has been a horrible experience to buy a product which - They failed to produce on time (an inform customer) - Failed to be sent on time (after paying for fast delivery service) - Failed to communicate with the client - Failed to process a cancellation A nightmare to process a reimbursement.
