I ordered a pair of boots
I ordered a pair of boots, and I ordered a size bigger than I am just to be on the safe side so that I wouldn’t have to risk returning them. When I opened the box, I was surprised to see that they looked quite small. I tried them on and they didn’t fit. My toes were crushed! I was really annoyed so I emailed them. They offered 50% of the cost back or I could return them to Singapore for a full refund. Either way, I was going to be losing money. I rejected the offer and they made a 2nd offer of 70% of the cost back. I agreed to that because I knew I wouldn’t get the full cost back unless I returned the boots (postage would have had to be paid by me) I’d never buy footwear from them again. I might get some clothes, not sure yet. Wondering if they would be true to size!! I’d suggest, if you buy footwear from this company, make sure you order at LEAST 2 sizes bigger than you need. Unfortunately, as I ordered a 42, they only go up to a 43 and I’d need at least a 44 so that would be +3 sizes more than I am. I wouldn’t say don’t buy from the company…. Just be aware of their smaller sizes
