Ended subscription
21.07.26 received a full refund and confirmation that I my subscription was cancelled. I found issues with the app and I thought i would be learning through hypnosis which wasn't the case. I found the method of cancelling extremely frustrating as you cannot cancel through the app but have to cancel through the original browser/Ad that you subscribed through- i couldn't find this information anywhere which is not transparent or straightforward and which I believe is done on purpose to prevent people cancelling. However, I did eventually cancel and get a refund when I got through to a support team member who was helpful and apologetic and said they woukd follow up on the issues I raised...
