Slow delivery but OK
Ordered 9 January 2025 not received until 5 March 2025, over two months. Contacts via email very, very, very poor. Facebook messenger seamed a better way to at least get a reply when contracting them. When it arrived I carried out the Windows update... This took 5 to 7 hours, very slow. Once the update was finished I used some driver update software, there where a number of drivers to update. It is much, much smaller than my desktop computer. Once I got software I use installed, no issues. I find it usable so far. I am editing a video, made from 12 shorter videos, no issues. This takes quite a bit of computer power, makes the K11 blow out warm air. Still quiet. I have a monitor, plugged in to the "display port", this has an inbuilt speaker that I use for listening to audio. The K11 seems to have an inbuilt microphone, not fully tested by me. Some suggest it may pick up fan noise as it inside the K11. I used a device to connect my SATA drives via USB to copy files to the K11 this varied in speed about 150 to 250 MB/s via USB. Internet should be 200 mb/s for me. Is is a bit slower at about 150 mb/s, I plan to reboot the router and maybe move the K11 a bit closer. I have 5.1 speaker that I hope can use, instead of my monitor speaker. I will have to get a device to do this. Maybe visi USB? This will take up another USB port. I am still using it. I have used TinkerCAD online to design and download a STL file then 3D printed using Orcaslicer. No issues, the K11 connects to my 3D printer without any issues. Two back USB ports are used, and in away lost to the mouse and keyboard. I compared a powerful desktop. Internet full speed if plugging in to LAN port on the K11
