It was the worst online experience of my life. After maybe 10 emails they still asked if I had any more problems. This was after I said I didn’t want to communicate with them again. I keep the extra sweater and the huge top and just took the loss. WORDT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I would give them a ZERO if I could. I ordered a top in my usual size and it came HUGE. I tried for almost a month to get someone to return it and finally gave up. $48 wasted. I sent 6 emails and then I got one that said they’d give me 25% back and I could keep the huge top. DON’T order from them. The clothes look nice but not worth your effort.
