STUPIDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS ON THE PLAENT
The shoppers are not the problem. The customer service reps who manage the "Help" line are the worst! Stupid, helpless, clueless, down right pathetic. They shouldn't even have a Help center. It should be called "No Help".
